If you have a problem with your mailbox, please contact the USPS at 407-688-9487. Address is 401 E. First Street, Sanford FL 32771.<\/h3>\n

We are located inside the City of Sanford, not unincorporated Seminole County.<\/h3>\n

City of Sanford noise ordinances are in effect from 10pm to 7am. Please observe them.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There is no parking anywhere on the grass (including your yard) or across the sidewalk per City of Sanford Ordinances.<\/h3>\n

Please clean up after your dog<\/strong>. Your fellow neighbors will appreciate it.<\/h2>\n

The sidewalk and gutter in front or side of your house is your responsibility to keep clean \/ edged \/ pressure washed.<\/h3>\n

If you need a pool key, please contact our sentry management representative and they will get things moving.<\/h3>\n

The pool, pool cabana, and playground are for our residents and guests enjoyment; Please keep it clean.<\/h3>\n

The pool, pool cabana, and playground all close at Dusk.<\/h3>\n

There is no long term parking at the pool house \/ mail hut. Please do not park\u00a0 personal or commercial vehicles at the pool house \/ mail hut for an extended period of time.<\/h3>\n

The pool Cabana may be reserved by contacting our sentry management representative. Please clean up the pool area after you are done. You may be charged up to a $250 cleaning fee if the area is not cleaned properly after your event. Damages are charged at a repair \/ replacement cost.<\/h3>\n
